Representatives of the State Control Committee took part in the meeting of the Working Group on the development of standards of state financial control (audit) of the supreme audit institutions (SAIs) of the CIS member states.
The event was held in the online format.
Representatives of the SAIs of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan considered the reviews presented by the Kazakh side on the organisation of quality control of audit activities, as well as on the application of response measures on the results of audit activities, used by the SAIs of the CIS member states.
The Belarusian side presented the draft Methodological Guidelines for the audit of consolidated financial statements in the supreme audit institutions of the CIS member states (the project developer - State Control Committee of Belarus).
The issues of implementation of the measures planned for 2023 were discussed at the event.
