Representatives of the State Control Committee took part in a conference on audit issues organized by the SAI of Slovakia

Participants of the conference discussed such topical issues as "Auditing and the mission of the state body in the field of external audit", "Audit and support on the way to successful public policy".

Aleksandr Kurlypo made the presentation on the topic  "Audit of budget funds as a factor of sustainable development". In his speech, he noted the particular urgency of the issues of optimizing public spending, increasing their effectiveness. "The State Control Committee systematically builds its work to monitor the use of budgetary funds allocated to education, medicine and other sectors of the social sphere. Control and analytical activities are conducted both in the form of audits, monitoring, and performance audits, "said Aleksandr Kurlypo.
