Delegation of the State Control Committee of Belarus took part in the XV session of the Council of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions of CIS member states

Delegation of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus headed by the Deputy Chairman Raisa Savritskaya participated in the XV session of the Council of Heads of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of CIS member states. The event was held today in Armenia and was attended by delegations of SAIs of Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia and Tajikistan.
The main topic of discussion was State audit as a tool to improve the effectiveness of government programs. In addition to presentations on the main topic of discussion the participants of the meeting reviewed reports on the activities of Council, its Secretariat, expert group on key national indicators and working group on the elaboration of standards of state financial control (audit) for the period since the previous session. The heads of delegations approved Working Plan of the Council for the period between the current and next sessions.
The next session of Council of Heads of SAIs of CIS member states will be held in Belarus in 2016.
