State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus took part at the 4th session of the team of experts on key national indicators of the CIS Council of Executives of the Supreme Financial Control Bodies in Moscow on 24 May 2011.

A representative of the State Control Committee delivered a report on the use of key national indicators in social and economic management and optimization of control activities. The session discussed organizational issues regarding the activities of the expert team: current problems and further development of the knowledge base on key national indicators, an opportunity to use them in auditing national and transnational projects and programs in the CIS, working towards methodological uniformity (comparability) of key national indicators in the CIS member states.
