He started his career in 1994 as a teacher at the Belarusian State Economic University.
Since June 1999 he worked in the Committee of State Control of the Republic of Belarus as a leading specialist, chief specialist, deputy chief, head of the information and analytical center of the main information and analytical department.
From 2002 to 2005 - Advisor to the Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
From 2005 to 2008 - Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Minsk Region.
From 2008 to 2013 - head of the secretariat of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
Since 2013 - Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Brest Region.
On June 11, 2019, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
On June 18, 2021, he was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
