Chairman of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus Vasily Gerasimov, on behalf of the State Control Committee and on his own behalf, has expressed condolences to Acting Chairman of the Accounts Chamber of Russia Galina Izotova, Head of the Federal Financial Monitoring Service of Russia Yuri Chikhanchin and the brotherly Russian people in connection with the act of terrorism in the Crocus City Hall concert hall. 

"We are deeply shocked by the news of the atrocious terrorist attack, the victims of which were innocent civilians. We sincerely condolence to the relatives, friends and families of the victims. We wish the injured a speedy recovery. 

We are certain that all those involved will receive the punishment they deserve".
